When you make inquiry or any other access to T.P.C., we may ask for personal information to identify specific individual. This consists of information such as your name, postal address, Affiliation, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address.

台東プログラミングクラブ（「T.P.C.」）へのお問い合わせやT.P.C.へのその他のアクセスを行う場合、T.P.C.は、特定の個人を識別するために個人情報を収集する場合があります。その際に収集する個人情報には、お名前、住所、所属、電話番号、ファックス番号、電子メールアドレスなどが含まれます。

 

2. Use of Collected Personal Information

T.P.C. will save, use and analyze the collected personal information, within the limit of authorized and lawful activities of T.P.C.. T.P.C. will use your personal information according to this Privacy Policy.

T.P.C. will not disclose to any third party the collected personal information to be able to identify individuals, except for the following three instances:

　3）where certain personal information is disclosed to an employee or other staff of T.P.C. or other contracting party to the extent that such disclosure is needed to render certain service to you from T.P.C.. In this case, T.P.C. will take the reasonable steps and measures to prevent collected personal information from being incidentally disclosed to third party.

 

3.収集された個人情報の第三者への開示

T.P.C.は、次の3つの場合を除いて、個人を特定することができるように第三者に収集した個人情報を開示することはありません。

1）法的根拠に基づいて開示が必要とされる場合。

2）個人情報が収集された際、特別に第三者への開示について同意がなされている場合、または

3）特定の個人情報が、T.P.C.の従業員もしくは他のスタッフに開示される場合、またはT.P.C.が特定のサービスを提供するために他の契約会社、団体その他組織に必要とされる情報を開示する場合。なおこれらの場合においてT.P.C.は収集した個人情報が偶発的に第三者に開示されることから防止するため、合理的な措置と措置を講じます。

T.P.C. will endeavor to safeguard the collected personal information from missing, leaking, misuse, alteration or destruction, through reasonable security measures. Please note that it is impossible to assure absolute and perfect security measures.
